​Fully Assignable - the plan is assignable (after 30 days from Plan Approval or its transfer to another party) so you may give it to a deceased loved one and we shall make the memorial plan service arrangements upon your direction.
Fully Transferable - the ownership of the plan is transferable to anyone who may use it in the future.
All Packages are subject to the following:Availability of items and venue at the time of service - In the event that any of the packages are not available at the time of service, a substitute of identical or superior quality will be provided.

Age Requirement - 18-70 years old
Plus one time processing fee of 300.00 pesos
Inclusive of documentary stamp tax
Family Discount of 15% is applicable for the subsequent plan/plans bought at the same time as the first plan. Applicable for Spot payment only

Insurance Benefits (For with Insurance Benefits package and Planholder is insurable)

• Credit Life: If the Planholder dies before the full payment of the plan, 100% of the unpaid balance is waived, (Waiver of Installments upon Death) rendering the plan fully paid.
• Disability Benefit If the Planholder becomes totally and permanently disabled for a period of at least six (6) months during the paying period, 100% of the unpaid balance is waived, (Waiver of Installments upon Disability) rendering the plan fully paid.
• Accidental Death & Disability In case of death or disability of the Planholder due to accident before the end of the 5th plan anniversary, his beneficiary will be entitled to an amount equal to 200% of the Pre-Need Price.
• Term Insurance In case of death of the planholder before the attainment of age 75, his beneficiary will be entitled to an amount equal to 100% of the Pre-Need Price.
