Aeternum Columbary (The Fort Park Estate Inc.)

The Fort Park Estate's Aeternum Columbary is located in Area 2, near our Heritage Chapels & Mortuary.

The vaults in Aeternum could accommodate max 4 standard-sized urns. You may choose your unit either on the ground or second floor.

SALES PROCESS 
1. Choose a niche. 
2. Fill out the form and attach a valid gov't issued ID with 4 specimen signatures.
3. Payment: 
You may pay cash / cheques or via bank transfer/deposit to: 

Reservation Fee: PHP 20,000 to hold your chosen vault for 30 days 

SERVICE FEES:
Inurnment fee: 10,000/15,000

(inurnment is the opening and closing of the vault)


*no additional fee for 2nd to 4th urn
